1 (1-pound) ball fresh, whole-wheat pizza dough, room temperature
1 tablespoon cornmeal
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon of Fire & Flavor Salmon Rub
8 ounces fresh mozzarella (water packed), drained and sliced thin
3 medium tomatoes, sliced thin
Fresh basil leaves
Balsamic vinegar

FIRST  Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread cornmeal evenly on large, rimmed baking sheet. Stretch dough into a rectangle, about ¼-inch thick, and place on baking sheet. Combine olive oil and Everyday Rub in a bowl and brush over dough.
