What you'll need:
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 orange
- fresh sage
- honey
- olive oil
- 1 -2 pound pork loin

Recipe:
Rub:
3 medium garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
1 tablespoon fresh chopped sage leaves
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
Pork:
1 - 2 pound pork lion, trimmed of excess fat
1 – 15” Fire and Flavor Gourmet Cedar Plank, soaked
FIRST Combine rub ingredients in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper. Rub over entire pork loin and set aside.
NEXT Preheat grill to high heat. Brush grill grates with oil and sear pork for 2 minutes per side. Reduce grill temperature to medium-low, about 350°F. Place soaked plank on grill and close lid. Heat plank for 3 minutes, flip plank, and place rubbed pork loin directly on heated side of plank.
LAST Close lid and cook approximately 35 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 140°F. Remove plank and loin, cover with aluminum foil and allow to rest for at least 10 minutes before servings. Cooking times will vary depending on thickness of meat.
