Salmon Skewers
Super easy and quick, we love serving Salmon Skewers over soba noodles or coconut rice.
Prep Time: 10 minutes + marinade time
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Yields: 4 servings
Marinade:
1 tablespoon Fire & Flavor Asian Rub
1 ½ tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons honey
1 ½ teaspoons sesame oil
1 ½ tablespoons vegetable or grapeseed oil
Salmon:
1½ pounds fresh salmon, skin removed
8 wooden skewers, soaked
Lemon or lime wedges for serving
FIRST Combine Asian Rub, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and vegetable oil in a medium bowl. Cut salmon into 1½-2-inch cubes and toss with marinade. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
NEXT Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Skewer salmon onto wooden skewers and grill for 2 minutes per side until barely cooked thru.
LAST Squeeze lemon or lime over salmon skewers and serve immediately.
