What's better than a gooey peanut-butter-and-banana sandwich? Adding bacon and a thick beef patty, that's what! This burger will have your taste buds ready to Shake, Rattle & Roll, just like Elvis Presley -- The King of Rock and Roll -- would want. The savory flavors of the Fire & Flavor Burger Seasoning and Swiss cheese mixed with the sweet peanut butter and gooey fried bananas is an unbeatable match. Top it with spicy candied bacon for a flavor explosion that will have everyone begging for more. Enjoy and eat like The King!

Servings: 8 Hamburgers
1 Pound thick-cut bacon
3 Tablespoons chili infused honey (If making your own you will need dried chilies)
2 Pounds 80/20 ground beef
2 tablespoon butter
1 – 1 ½ teaspoons Fire & Flavor Burger Seasoning
8 Slices Swiss cheese
1 Cup chunky peanut butter
8 Brioche buns
The chili-infused honey can be made in advance and is best after sitting for a few days. Place dried chilies in a mason jar. Warm the honey over low heat. When the honey is liquefied, pour the honey into the mason jar over the dried chilies. Store at room temp.
Preheat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with foil for quick-and-easy cleanup. Place the bacon on the foil and drizzle with the honey. Spread the honey, making sure to cover ALL of the bacon. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until the bacon starts to glaze. Flip each piece and add more honey. Cook for another 10 minutes or until the bacon is a deep, dark reddish color. Remove bacon from pan and pat the bacon gently with a paper towel to remove excess grease.
Prepare your grill. We want the grill nice and hot, as we will be cooking with direct heat. Fire & Flavor Lump Charcoal pairs perfectly with beef, adding a clean and natural flavor that's unbeatable!
Grate 1 ½ tablespoons of butter. Add ground beef, Fire & Flavor Burger seasoning, and the grated butter into a mixing bowl. Gently mix. You do not want to overwork the ground beef, this will make for a dense & heavy patty. Form into 8 equal patties. Gently with your thumb, press the center of each burger, leaving a dip in the center. This will ensure the burgers cook evenly.
Place the hamburger patties on your grill, directly over the charcoal. While burgers are cooking, warm up a skillet with ½ tablespoon butter. Cook for 2 minutes, rotate the patties 90 degrees and cook for another two minutes. Flip and cook for 2 minutes, rotate 90 degrees and add cheese and cook for another 1 minute. Cooking times may vary depending on how you prefer your burgers.
While the cheese is melting, cut 3 bananas into quarter-inch slices. Add banana to the skillet and cook bananas for one minute on each side. Remove from heat. Place peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl and heat until you are able to stir with a spoon.
Remove burgers from the grill once the cheese has melted. You can toast your buns for added flavor. Spoon peanut butter onto the bottom bun, then pile on the burger, bacon, and bananas. Drizzle a bit more peanut butter on top of it all and prepare to feast. Enjoy!
