BEST RUB EVER!

I have used a lot of rubs over the years but this coffee rub is the best rub ever. Besides the pure coffee flavor, the mix of spices brings a unique flavor. It works on a variety of meats…beef, pork, ribs, especially lamb chops! Awesome! I use a reverse cooking method and the chops come out perfectly; medium rare, juicy with the proper charring. And the kitchen smells wonderful! Thank you Fire & Flavor for the best rub ever! I’ll be trying more of rubs!
