Turkey Perfect Herb Brine Kit

Fire & Flavor’s Turkey Perfect Herb Brine Kit infuses your bird with natural flavors of rosemary, thyme, sage, and marjoram to create a juicy, tender turkey every time. Product will brine up to a 25lb turkey.

Want to make sure your turkey does not fall over in the fridge while brining? Our premium, gusseted bottom Brine Bag is included in this kit to prevent this from happening.

Brining a turkey is pretty simple. The process takes 1 hour per pound of turkey. To cook, we recommend 20 minutes per pound. Roast, Smoke, Fry or Grill after brining.

  2. 5 out of 5 First Time User

Followed the directions and used Food.com recipe for a turkey in an electric roaster oven. OMG, I’ve fried, grilled, baked, smoked, slow cooked and roasted turkeys before. This was the best turkey I have ever cooked. Will definitely use this product again and try others as well

  4. Question

I have two 8 lb turkeys. Can I use one kit and put both in the bag? If I do, should the b one time be based on 8 lbs or 16 lbs?

      Hi Mike,

Great question! In this case you will make the entire brine mix and put both turkeys in the bag, if they fit. If they do not fit make the full mix, split the solution in even parts, then use another brine bag (or garbage bag if you don’t have another brine bag) to brine the turkeys. In both cases you would then brine the turkeys for 8 hours each, not the total weight.
