Chicken Wings with White BBQ Sauce

This is a perfect tailgating recipe.  Prepare the sauce ahead of time and toss chicken and seasonings in resealable zip top bag, load in your cooler, grill onsite, and enjoy.
Prep Time:  10 minutes
Cook Time:
25 minutes
4 appetizer or 2 main course servings
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Hot sauce to taste
1 pound chicken wings, wingtips discarded (about 10 wings)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 ½ tablespoons Fire & Flavor Chicken Rub
½ teaspoon salt
FIRST Combine sauce ingredients in portable container and place in cooler. In a large, zip-top plastic bag combine oil, rub, and salt.  Toss wings in bag until coated.
NEXT  Using HERO Grill instructions, light charcoal pod, and prepare grill for cooking. Place wings on grill, thicker skin side down, and cook for 10-12 minutes, until browned on bottom.  Flip chicken and continue cooking an additional 10 minutes or until meat thermometer registers 170°F.
LAST  Transfer chicken to cutting board and allow to rest for 10 minutes.  Serve with sauce for dipping.
