CEDAR GRILLING PLANKS

Cedar Plank Grilling is an age-old native American Indian technique for imparting delicious flavor into fattier cuts of fish as well as scallops, shrimp, mushrooms, cheeses, vegetables and more. Simply soak the planks in our Cedar Plank Tank for about an hour then heat up on your grill using a 2-zone fire, meaning the fire should not be directly below the plank (unless using a Kamado style smoker grill). Cook your Salmon until you start to see the fat in the fish come to the surface of the fish as bubbles of white.
