Buyer Beware/ they should allow ZERO STARS

I do not usually leave comments or reviews, however working in Customer Relations for over 30 years , I just could not let this go. I ordered this grill directly from the company because they advertised I would get 2 free charcoal packs I paid $149 when Amazon snd Home Depot were advertising it for $49. Never got my charcoal packs . I contacted Diane S who was useless, we emailed back snd forth for a week basically she was calling me a
Liar even when I sent her emails confirmation and the link from her website advertising the free charcoal . She said that it was a link that was coming soon. They trick you into thinking you are clicking on a special, secondly this grill is very cheaply made . We used it once and the steaks were terrible because the charcoal does not get hot enough. Save you money , there are better options out there for much less money.

Hero V Portable Gas Grill test

We wanted to use the Hero grill and test it against the Coleman portable gas grill. There was no competition, and we changed the episode. The hero grill cooked 5lbs of chicken wings perfectly, the coleman just left a greasy mess in the CruToys Jeep.
Soak 5 lbs of chicken wings in 1 pint 805 or similar heavy lager beer, add juice from four fresh limes and two table spoons of red chili pepper powder or red chili flakes. Let marinade over night and grill.
Yes you will see the Hero on CoolToys TV, and the decal is headed to fire and flavor.

Easy and Awesome

Hero Grill is easy to use and does awesome. The little charcoal briquettes light quickly and give a great amount of heat and cooking time. I wish I had found this product before now.

Superb Quality!

I bought the Hero Grill System with the portable case and the extra 2 pack of charcoal pods to gift a friend. I was quite impressed with the quality of the product and the fast shipping especially during the holiday season! I received the order confirmation and tracking information in a timely manner and I didn't have to contact customer service for anything! It is exactly as pictured and such a convenience to have. I plan on buying another one for personal use in the future (once we can actually travel again). I highly recommend them!
