Ann Taylor Pittman
Mom, editor, wife, cook and author, Ann Taylor Pittman formerly served as food editor for Cooking Light magazine. She published her first book in 2012, when she co-wrote The New Way to Cook Light. She followed in 2016 with her first cookbook, Everyday Whole Grains. She later won the James Beard Foundation Award for her feature article, Mississippi Chinese Lady Goes Home to Korea. Pittman is an expert in recipe development, nutrition, editing, writing and more. She currently lives in Birmingham, AL, with her husband, twin 13-year-old boys, and their two dogs.

Paula Disbrowe
A traveling food writer and former Southern Living," senior editor, Paula is the author of six cookbooks. Her most recent offering, "Thank You For Smoking," was released in Spring 2019. Her grilling adventures have taken her dog-sledding in Alaska, fishing in the bayous of Louisiana, and hunting scallops on the Forgotten Coast of Florida. When she's not on the road, Paula's homebase is in Austin, TX, with her husband, two children, and two retired ranch dogs.

Ryan & Eric Niccolls
Professional dads and amateur grillers, Eric and Ryan are the patriarchs behind the @DadsWhoGrill Instagram account. The brothers share a passion for grilling great food, sharing recipes and hosting family and friends. When you have a full-time career and a family, finding time for the hobbies you love can be a challenge. It was in that spirit that they came up with the idea for DadsWhoGrill: A way for them to share their experiences with others who subscribe to the same ideals. Ryan currently lives in Charlotte, NC, with his wife, their daughter and English Bulldog. Eric resides in Syracuse, NY, with his wife, their daughter, two sons, two dogs, a bird and an assortment of tropical fish.
