Grilled Ribeye with Sauteed Mushrooms

Try this delicious grilled steak recipe tonight. It can be prepared in less than an hour!

Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 2 to 10 minutes
Yields: 4 servings

Steak:
4 (8-ounce) ribeye steaks
1 tablespoon Fire & Flavor Steak Rub

Mushrooms:
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ tablespoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon sugar
1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
10 ounces Baby Bella or button mushrooms, quartered
1 tablespoon butter
1 garlic clove, chopped

FIRST: Season steaks with Fire & Flavor Steak Rub and allow to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.

NEXT: Meanwhile, combine lemon juice, soy sauce, and sugar in a small bowl and set aside. Heat oil in a medium skillet set over medium-high heat. Sauté mushrooms until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Add butter and garlic and stir until butter is absorbed. Stir in soy sauce mixture and cook until absorbed; set mushrooms aside until ready to serve.

LAST: Heat one side of grill to high heat and other side to medium (charcoal grills build a two-level fire) . Sear steaks for 2-3 minutes per side until well browned. Move steaks to cooler side of grill and continue cooking for 6-7 minutes for medium-rare (meat thermometer should register 125°F). Allow steaks to rest 5 minutes before serving. Reheat mushrooms and serve over ribeye steaks.
