The Best Turkey Ever...Ive been the family turkey maker for well over 25 years now. Cooked that bird every way you can think of... used all kinds of seasoning...not anymore...I just use the apple & sage kit now. THE ABSOLUTE BEST WAY TO SEASON ALL THE WAY TO THE BONE...JUICY, TENDER FLAVORFUL...NO MESS JUST SOAK THE BIRD REMOVER FROM XL ZIPLOC BAG THROUGH OUT THE BAG...THEN FRY ....JUST WONDERFUL..

We have used Fire and Flavor Turkey Perfect Apple Sage Brine Kit for 10 years. Thanksgiving doesn't start without it. The annual debate for what we should try, hasn't happened in 5years. Great mix of spices

First time buying Fire & Flavor products, was looking for something to add a kick to the bird this thanksgiving, found what was looking, great wood chunks of maple, really savory and glazy turkey rub, but wasn't sure about brining. This kit really simplified things, you get everything you need including the oversized Ziplock. The spices are so good, real pieces of apple (dried), and so on. In the end, it did impart an awesome flavor to the bird. Thanks!
