Barbecue Shrimp
A classic New Orleans dish with a Fire & Flavor spin, this dish is an easy weeknight meal you will love. Be sure to serve with extra bread for soaking up all the delicious juices.

Yields: 4 servings
Hot sauce
1½ tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Fire & Flavor Salmon Rub
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Barbecue Shrimp
1 ½ pounds fresh shrimp, unpeeled
Lemon wedges and baguette for serving
FIRST Heat 1½ tablespoons butter in a large skillet set over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Stir in Worcestershire, lemon juice, Everyday Rub, pepper, and hot sauce to taste. Bring to a simmer and cook until slightly reduced, about 4-5 minutes.
LAST Add shrimp, flipping once, and cook until pink and cooked through, about 4 -5 minutes. Reduce heat to low, stir in remaining butter until melted. Season with salt and serve barbecue shrimp with lemon wedges and bread.
