Naturally healthy and tasty, Chickpeas are a kitchen hero! This roasted chickpea recipe is perfect during the holidays and all year long.

Cook Time: about 20 minutes
Yields: 2 cups
1 (15-ounce) cans chickpeas, drained, rinsed, and patted dry
1 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons Fire & Flavor Salmon Rub
½ teaspoon kosher salt
FIRST Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss chickpeas with oil, spread in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast chickpeas for 10 minutes, remove pan and toss chickpeas with spatula. Return to oven and continue roasting for an additional 10 minutes or until they are crisp on outside and still soft on inside. You do not want them to turn brown – at this point they are starting to burn.
LAST Toss roasted chickpeas with Everyday Rub and salt and serve.
