FAMILY-FRIENDLY PIZZA WITH BUTTERNUT SQUASH AND KALE

Who says pizza isn’t healthy? Try this family-friendly pizza that’s both healthy and delicious. With Fire & Flavor’s Chicken Rub, butternut squash, kale, fresh figs, goat cheese and prosciutto, this recipe will become a family favorite in no time!

 

Ingredients:

2 cups butternut squash, peeled and cubed

2½ teaspoons olive oil, divided + more for drizzling

1½ teaspoons Fire & Flavor Chicken Rub

1 cup kale, torn into small pieces

Juice of ½ lemon

1 (16-ounce) ball pizza dough, room temperature

1 tablespoon cornmeal for dusting pizza

2 ounces white or smoked cheddar, grated

1-2 ounces prosciutto torn into pieces

2 tablespoon fig jam or ½ cup fresh figs, quartered

1 ounce goat cheese, crumbled
