¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup low-fat Greek yogurt
¼ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, finely grated
¼ cup olive oil
3 romaine lettuce hearts, halved lengthwise
Fresh Parmesan to serve
Toasted baguette slices or croutons
FIRST Using a whisk, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, Parmesan, lemon, Worcestershire, mustard, and garlic in a small bowl. Season with ½ teaspoon kosher salt and black pepper and whisk until smooth. Slowly pour in oil and whisk until fully combined.
NEXT Heat HERO charcoal pod according to directions. Brush cut side of each romaine heart with a little dressing and grill, cut side down, until light charred, about 4 minutes. Remove from grill and repeat with remaining lettuce.
LAST Arrange lettuce on platter, drizzle with desired amount of dressing, fresh Parmesan, and crumble toasted baguette slices over top.
