The Burger Bar

A Burger for Everyone

Turkey Burgers with Smoked Gouda: Turkey burgers traditionally have a bad reputation, but with a few key ingredients and loads of flavor from our Burger Rub – they quickly become a hit. Top with smoked gouda, lettuce, tomato, and pickles, and you can’t go wrong.

Coffee Rubbed Cheeseburgers with Smoked Cheddar: Spice up your traditional cheeseburger with our Coffee Rub, smoked cheddar, sautéed onions, and mushrooms. The combination of brown sugar and ancho chili powder flavors with cheddar cheese will make your mouth water!

Mexican Turkey Burger Sliders: These are definitely a kid favorite, especially when paired with our sweet potato fries! Try making a slider bar with different toppings such as fresh guacamole, sliced cheddar cheese, mini hamburger buns, and salsa.

Portobello Swiss Burgers: With its garlic, balsamic, mushroom, and swiss flavors, these burgers have the perfect mix of rich taste and simple ingredients. Plus, if you want to cook a variety for guests to choose from, our Burger Rub is used for both the turkey burgers and these!

High Valley Quinoa Black Bean Turkey Burgers: If you’re looking for a healthier alternative, this burger is your friend! With quinoa, fresh lime zest, avocado salsa, our Salmon Rub, and a few other ingredients, this is a wholesome burger if we’ve ever seen one.

Fresh Summer Sides

Add Some Color To Your Plate

Plank Grilled Vegetables: While you can plank veggies year round, we like to use cherry tomatoes, squash, and green beans in the summer! Add even more flavor by sprinkling crumbled feta or shaved parmesan.

Everyday Sweet Potato Fries: Prepared with our Everyday Rub, these sweet potato fries pair perfectly with just about any burger you could choose. Keep this recipe around for kid friendly meals, too!

Summer Grilled Corn with Feta and Lime: Try this spin on your traditional corn-on-the-cob…once you taste the mixture of these flavors, you won’t turn back! This side is such a crowd pleaser we like to bring it back on the Fourth of July as well!

Last but Not Least….Something Sweet!

Grilled Peaches with Balsamic and Rosemary: Whether you choose to serve this as a dessert with vanilla ice cream or as a fruit dish to accompany your burgers, you cannot go wrong with these grilled peaches. They are a new summer favorite in our house and are easy to prepare for a crowd!
